Located opposite the Gare de l’Est in Paris, our brasserie welcomes travelers\u2014and everyone else\u2014throughout the day, 7 days a week, with non-stop service from 7 AM to 11 PM Monday to Saturday and from 8 AM to 11 PM on Sundays and holidays.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently revamped by the Lafond agency, our establishment greets you in a warm, contemporary, and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re just stopping by for a coffee while waiting for your train, or to enjoy a delicious meal, you’ll be enchanted by the ambiance and our cuisine, which will delight your taste buds!<\/p>\n

We offer regional French cuisine \"\"<\/span>, particularly from Lorraine and Alsace.<\/strong> For example, discover our three types of choucroute: Lorraine, seafood, or Champagne! Our menu mainly consists of traditional dishes: onion soup, foie gras terrine (always homemade), Caesar salad, seafood, rib steak, Aubrac beef cheeseburger, pan-fried sea bass fillet, and salmon penne. Then, Roquefort or AOP cheeses followed, for dessert, if you wish, by homemade cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, macarons, or a gourmet coffee…<\/p>\n

Our establishment has 150 seats<\/span><\/strong>, including 45 more secluded seats in a private room<\/a>. Additionally, our terrace with 40 seats offers a panoramic view directly opposite the Gare de l’Est.<\/p>\n
